Door wedge

I was pondering what might be useful around the home generally, but also in a very specific Glaswegian context. Seeing as we virtually all live in tenements here, or at the very least Victorian buildings with lots of knackered old sash windows and doors that don’t stay open or closed as desired, I thought a bespoke door wedge/window stop might be something to explore. I’ve had a nice old block of pitch pine kicking around the studio for a long time and reckoned that reclaimed timber might be a good material to consider.
